Following major successes in the international match racing circuit, Mason joined the 18 class in 200? achieving great results at national and international level with team Investec.  Mason both represents the UK class on the International Skiff Council and also on the council's technical commitee.  He lives the 18ft Skiff Class values, being open and helpful to all members, ensuring they benefit from his racing experience and technical knowledge.

With many years of sailing experience Ben's achivements have included great results in classes from the 6m to Windsurfing. Ben has been sailing skiffs since 2001 being unable to resist the peformance, technology and excitment of 18ft skiff racing.  Ben is the go to person for the class operations from membership and sponsorship enquires to the website and media communications. 

Stewart Mears
Events Manager

Stewart comes from a family of great sailors, sailing with his brother Jamie on team Pica.  Having been a vital member of this very strong skiff team, winning national and european champioships, he has the experience to know what it takes to make a truely great skiff event.  As UK events manager, Stew ensures that the host club has the information and support it needs to run world class 18ft skiff racing.
